Community Guidelines

BimStrength is a community dedicated to all aspects of the human body — sport, beauty, wellness, nutrition, health, mental performance, science, and more. We are committed to creating a positive, motivating and safe environment where everyone can share their passion and knowledge.
These rules apply to all content and interactions across the entire BimStrength ecosystem: the social platform, Training, Nutrition, Track, Coach, Access, and Help.
⚠️1. Violence and Dangerous Activities
✗Prohibited
- •Threats of violence against individuals or groups
- •Glorification or incitement to violence
- •Content showing serious injuries, torture, or graphic violence
- •Instructions for making weapons or explosive devices
- •Dangerous challenges that may cause physical injuries
- •Promoting dangerous training methods without proper safety disclaimers
✓Allowed
- •Combat sports content in an appropriate sporting context
- •Sports injuries shown for educational purposes with a content warning
- •Medical/rehabilitation content showing injuries in a clinical or educational context
- •Self-defense techniques demonstrated by qualified instructors
🚫2. Hateful Content and Discrimination
✗Prohibited
- •Hate speech based on: race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, illness, age, or body type
- •Degrading stereotypes about any group of people
- •Calls for exclusion or violence against groups
- •Denial of documented historical tragedies
- •Body shaming or discriminatory comments about physical appearance, disability, or body type
🛑3. Harassment and Intimidation
✗Prohibited
- •Repeated threats, insults, or personal attacks
- •Disclosure of personal information without consent (doxxing)
- •Encouraging harassment of other users
- •Creating accounts to circumvent a block or ban
- •Degrading comments about physical appearance or body shape
- •Unsolicited critiques of others' bodies, training, or nutrition habits
- •Stalking behavior across multiple BimStrength applications
- •Abuse of the Coach-Client relationship (intimidation, manipulation, or exploitation)
🔞4. Nudity and Sexual Content
✗Prohibited
- •Explicit nudity (genitals, uncovered nipples)
- •Sexual acts or sexually explicit content
- •Sexual solicitation or suggestive content
- •Inappropriate fetish content
- •Using progress photos or body tracking images for sexual purposes

- •Revealing sportswear in an appropriate sporting context
- •Educational content on anatomy, physiology, or body science
- •Beauty and skincare content showing appropriate body exposure
- •Breastfeeding-related content in wellness or health contexts
- •Body tracking progress photos in appropriate fitness/health contexts
👶5. Minor Safety
Zero Tolerance Policy
✗Prohibited
- •Any content sexualizing minors
- •Solicitation of minors
- •Sharing images of minors in inappropriate contexts
- •Adults sending unsolicited messages to minor accounts
- •Coaches accepting clients under 16 without verified parental consent

- •Users under 18 have restricted interaction settings by default
- •Direct messaging is limited for accounts under 18
- •No targeted advertising for minor accounts
- •Coach Marketplace is restricted to users aged 18 and over
- •Payment features are restricted to users aged 18 and over
⛔6. Illegal Products and Activities
✗Prohibited
- •Sale or promotion of illegal drugs or controlled substances
- •Promotion of illegal anabolic steroids or performance-enhancing drugs
- •Firearms, explosives, and weapons
- •Content promoting criminal activities
- •Fraud, scams, and deceptive schemes
- •Selling counterfeit supplements, equipment, or branded products
- •Unlicensed medical or nutritional advice presented as professional treatment
❌7. Misinformation and False Content
✗Prohibited
- •False medical or health information that may cause harm
- •Dangerous conspiracy theories about health, nutrition, or science
- •Impersonation of real people, professionals, or certified coaches
- •Fake testimonials or digitally manipulated transformation results
- •False claims about supplement or product effectiveness
- •Misleading nutritional advice that contradicts established science

- •Physical transformations must indicate the timeframe and context
- •Medical, health, or nutritional advice must include a "consult a qualified professional" disclaimer
- •Coaches must hold valid credentials and display them on their profile
- •Scientific claims should reference credible sources when possible
💚8. Eating Disorders and Mental Health
✗Prohibited
- •Promotion of extreme, dangerous, or very-low-calorie diets
- •Glorification of extremely low body weight or unhealthy body standards
- •Content promoting self-harm or suicidal behavior
- •Instructions on dangerous behaviors (purging, extreme fasting, etc.)
- •Shaming users for their body weight, shape, or eating habits
- •Promoting unrealistic body standards through manipulated images
We display mental health resources and helpline information on sensitive content. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to local support services. You can report any concerning content.
💊9. Doping and Banned Substances
✗Prohibited
- •Promotion or sale of doping products
- •Sale or promotion of anabolic steroids, SARMs, or banned peptides
- •Minimization of the dangers of banned substances
- •Sharing sources for purchasing prohibited substances
- •Coaches recommending banned substances to clients

- •Educational discussion on the health risks and dangers of doping
- •Recovery and rehabilitation testimonials
- •Scientific content about the effects of banned substances (educational context)
- •Anti-doping awareness campaigns
✓10. Authenticity and Integrity
Authentic Accounts
- •One account per person across the BimStrength ecosystem
- •Your account must represent a real person
- •Brand and business accounts must be clearly identified
- •No impersonation of other users, coaches, or public figures
- •Coach profiles must display real, verifiable credentials
Authentic Engagement
- ✗Buying followers, likes, views, or reviews
- ✗Using bots or automated tools for fake engagement
- ✗Artificial engagement pods or coordinated inauthentic behavior
- ✗Automated comment spam or mass messaging
- ✗Fake reviews on the Coach Marketplace
Intellectual Property
- •Only post content you own or have the rights to
- •Credit original creators when sharing or referencing their work
- •Do not use unlicensed music, images, or video
- •Respect trademarks, copyrights, and patents
- •Coaches must use original training programs or properly attribute sources
📢11. Advertising and Sponsored Content
✗Prohibited
- •Unapproved or unregulated dietary supplements
- •Miracle weight loss products or "get fit quick" scams
- •Doping substances or banned performance enhancers
- •Misleading before/after claims in sponsored content
- •Promoting products or services that violate any BimStrength policy

- •All sponsored content must be clearly identified (#ad, #sponsored, #partner)
- •Brand partnerships and ambassadorships must be disclosed
- •Affiliate links must be explicitly mentioned
- •Paid coaching promotions must be transparent about the commercial relationship
- •Influencer content must comply with local advertising regulations
🏆12. Coach Marketplace Guidelines
✗Prohibited
- •Providing medical diagnoses or prescribing medication
- •Guaranteeing specific results (e.g., "lose 10kg in 2 weeks")
- •Recommending banned substances or dangerous practices
- •Pressuring clients into purchasing additional services
- •Sharing client data, progress photos, or personal information without explicit consent
- •Engaging in romantic or sexual relationships with clients through the platform

- •Coaches must be at least 18 years old and hold valid professional credentials
- •Coaching certifications must be verifiable and up to date
- •Coaches must clearly describe their qualifications, specialties, and limitations
- •Pricing must be transparent with no hidden fees
- •Client communication must remain professional at all times
- •Coaches must respect client confidentiality and data privacy
🔒13. Privacy and Data Respect

- •Sharing screenshots of private conversations without consent
- •Exposing others' health data, body measurements, or progress photos
- •Collecting other users' personal information through the platform
- •Using BimStrength data for unauthorized commercial purposes
- •Scraping or automated extraction of user data or content

- •Respect others' privacy settings and data choices
- •Obtain consent before sharing content featuring other people
- •Coaches must handle client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- •Report any suspected data breaches or privacy violations immediately

Warning System

Severe violations (child safety, violence threats, illegal activity) may result in immediate permanent ban without prior warnings.
Appealing Decisions
You can appeal any moderation decision within 30 days via the app (through the sanction notification) or by email at appeals@bimstrength.com. Our moderation team will review your appeal within 7 business days. You will receive a detailed explanation of our final decision.
